About Us
- Set Sail Ministries
- Set Sail Ministries (SSM) was founded in 2007 by Jeffrey and Kristine Moore through the prompting of the Holy Spirit. At it’s core, SSM is a non-profit and non-denominational ministry dedicated to expanding God’s Kingdom on earth, and especially among orphans in Africa and Peru. In practical application, we are pursuing whatever doors God opens to us to accomplish the vision that He has given. Currently, we are in the process of adopting children from Peru. Set Sail Ministries is also a group of people who are joined together by family ties but also by a desire to see God’s “kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” Those associated with us also have a heart for expanding God’s Kingdom around the world in many different countries and in various ways.

Be steadfast and immovable. Refuse to overreact to current problems. To do so would most certainly take you out of the flow of My Spirit, says the Lord. Take the time to be sensitive to My leading as you consider your next course of action. I will lead you in the way you should go. Psalms 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.
Hey Guys, been on my heart all week. Felt this was a good word for you all. I know that right now its a little tough but know that God is in this each step you take. You are getting closer every day to seeing your dream of your extended family fulfilled! Stand firm and be steadfast in what the Lord has instructed you to do. Give yourselves continued grace to make mistakes.. God doesn't expect perfection... Lay all at His feet each night and start anew in the morning!! All things will come together... His timing is PERFECT... no matter what the natural looks like right now... the Spirit is greater... draw your strength from Him... Will continue to lift you up... LOVE YOU ALL!!!
